Volunteer Management gives organizations the ability to manage engagement opportunities and gain volunteer insights. The interactive portal bolsters relationships between prospective volunteers and nonprofit staff while exchanging communications related to volunteering opportunities all within the unified application. The app offers volunteers the ability to create profiles to promote their experience and personal interests. Volunteer Engagement is a Power Apps portal application that volunteers utilize to review and register for open opportunities published by nonprofit staff. Microsoft is releasing two volunteering Power Apps that will be automatically enabled for users targeted in November 2021: Volunteer Engagement and Volunteer Management.
